CAMEC communicates openly and transparently with all of its stakeholders having due regard for commercial confidentiality.
Public Policy:
The Company is prepared to voice its opinions on government proposals and other matters that may affect its business but it does not make donations to political parties.



Employees:
Relationships with and between employees are based upon respect for individuals and their human rights. CAMEC encourages its employees to reach their full potential through training and development and promotes employee participation in share incentive plans.
Individual Conduct:
The Company expects all of its employees to act with honesty, integrity and fairness. Employees are expected to refuse undue hospitality or gifts and improper offers or payments and avoid situations that may lead to a conflict of interest between personal activities and Company activities.
Communities and Society:
CAMEC respects local customs and heritages. It seeks to inform the communities in which it operates about its activities and respects their concerns.
Health and Safety:
CAMEC is committed to the health and safety of its employees and the communities in which it operates. The Board will disclose any information that comes to its knowledge, which clearly demonstrates that any of its activities breach internationally accepted safety standards or guidelines.
Joint Venture Partners and Suppliers:
The Company seeks mutually beneficial relationships with joint venture partners and suppliers and encourages them to apply its business principles.
